Essentials required for the trek

Accessories: one raincoat or even umbrella will work only if you are trekking during the rainy season, one scarf, one pair of heavy jackets or thermalornd t-shirts as per your preference, sweaters, two-track two-track pair of hand gloves, you can even take woolen clothes, two sets of socks, trekking sticks, shoes must have ideal grip and grating on this treks routes (should do not get chaotic among sports shoes and trekking shoes), goggles, sunscreen cream, sunglasses, plastic bags for dropping devices.

First aid: a strip of Diamox (fear of elevation sickness), 5 tablets of Doco650 (paracetamol), 4 tablets of Avomine (motion illness), 5 tablets of Combiflam( for an unexpected twist in leg or muscle strain), 6 tablets of Digene(acidity), 6 packets of ORS, knee brace(for knee injury or pain), cotton rolls, antiseptic liquids, and lotions.

Toiletries: toothbrush soaps, tissue papers, paste, etc.
